1. About Homzora
Homzora is a housing research and intelligence platform covering 22 U.S. city and metropolitan editions. It publishes housing information, practical guides, data and planning tools for renters, property owners, homebuyers and researchers.
Homzora is not a licensed real estate brokerage, property manager or law firm. We do not represent buyers, sellers or renters, arrange rentals, negotiate leases, or act as a real estate agent or broker.
2. Informational and Educational Use
Our articles, market analyses, neighborhood guides, datasets, calculators, AI responses and other materials provide general information and education.
They do not constitute individualized legal, financial, investment, tax, mortgage, insurance, brokerage or property management advice.
Consult an appropriately qualified professional before making decisions that require professional advice. Verify property details, lease provisions, prices, fees and eligibility requirements directly with the responsible provider or authority.
3. Information Accuracy and Updates
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and useful information. However, information may contain errors, omissions or outdated details.

5. Ava AI Assistant
Ava is an AI-powered assistant that helps users explore housing information and Homzora resources.
AI-generated responses can be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. Ava may misunderstand a question or provide incorrect statements, calculations or references. Independently verify important information and consult a qualified professional when appropriate.
Ava does not provide licensed professional services, establish an agency relationship or make decisions on your behalf.
Do not submit passwords, payment card details, Social Security numbers or other sensitive personal information through the assistant. See our Privacy Policy for information about how submitted information is handled.
6. Affiliate Links and Commercial Relationships
Homzora participates in affiliate programs, including Amazon Associates and CJ Affiliate. We may earn compensation when you follow certain links and complete a qualifying purchase, registration or other action.

An affiliate click does not necessarily generate a commission. Compensation depends on the relevant program’s requirements.

For original Homzora materials without a separate license, applicable copyright protections remain in effect. Reproduction or redistribution requires permission unless permitted by law. Brief quotations and links with attribution are welcome where legally permitted.
Do not imply that Homzora endorses your work, product or service without permission.
9. Acceptable Use
You must not use the site to:
- Submit fraudulent, unlawful or deliberately misleading information.

12. No Professional Relationship
Using the site, submitting a survey, contacting Homzora or interacting with Ava does not by itself create a brokerage, fiduciary, attorney-client or other licensed professional relationship.
