Homzora accepts paid features from developers, property managers and local businesses. This page states exactly what a sponsor gets, what they do not get, and how we label the result. It is published so that readers can judge our work and sponsors know the terms before they commit.
What a sponsor pays for
Our time, our research, and placement on Homzora. A sponsored feature is written by Homzora using the same standards as our unpaid work, and stays live for at least twelve months.
What a sponsor does not get
- Editorial control. Homzora writes the copy. Sponsors review for factual accuracy only and may correct errors of fact. They may not rewrite, soften or remove analysis.
- A guaranteed verdict. Every sponsored feature names at least one genuine drawback. A piece with no downside is an advertisement, and readers can tell.
- Selective use of our data. Where a Homzora index figure appears, it appears with its sample size and interval, exactly as it would in unpaid work. We do not quote a favourable figure and omit the caveat.
- Influence over unpaid coverage. Paying for one feature buys nothing in any other article, ranking, dataset or index.
- Removal after publication. Once live, a feature stays as written. Factual corrections are made and noted; unfavourable conclusions are not deleted.
How sponsored work is labelled
Every paid feature carries a visible label at the top of the article, above the first paragraph, naming the sponsor. Outbound links to the sponsor carry rel="sponsored". The page is flagged as sponsored in its structured data. We do not place disclosure in the footer.
What we decline
- Features that require us to omit a material drawback
- Copy written by the sponsor and published under our name
- Any arrangement tying payment to a referral of mortgage, title, insurance-at-closing, appraisal or brokerage business, which federal law prohibits
- Claims we cannot verify against a source we can name
Rates
| Format | Rate |
|---|---|
| Neighborhood spotlight | $1,500 |
| New development feature | $2,500 |
| Building spot-check | $1,200 |

Rates reflect the work involved, not audience size. Homzora launched in 2026 and our traffic is modest; we tell prospective sponsors our actual numbers before they commit rather than after.
