Housing and commuting evidence

Orlando housing data.

Fifteen Census datasets to help you understand housing costs, the local housing stock and journeys to work. Inspect the numbers, check their limits and download the records.

Observation period: 2020 to 2024. These are historical survey estimates, not live listings, current market rents or Homzora survey results. Every table retains published estimates and 90 percent margins of error. Read each table's population and limitations before comparing values.

Geographic coverage: Orlando-Kissimmee-Sanford, FL Metro Area. The metro datasets cover Lake, Orange, Osceola and Seminole counties. They are not Orlando city estimates. The area shortlist is selective; check the municipality or unincorporated county jurisdiction for each address before relying on local guidance.
